Meet:
Natasha Valencia
Frederick County Council
Candidate
District 3
I’m running for Frederick County Council District 3 because I believe leadership should be collaborative, community-driven, and focused on real solutions. I sought the Forward Party endorsement because I value bringing people together, listening first, and putting progress over partisanship.

Natasha Valencia is a lifelong Frederick County resident, community advocate, and mother of four. She is the co-founder of a business consulting firm and nonprofit focused on entrepreneurship, arts access, and community engagement. Natasha previously served on the City of Frederick Planning Commission and Education Commission, where she became known for advocating for thoughtful growth, environmental stewardship, and strong community investment.
As a former bakery owner, Natasha spent years giving back through fundraisers and community partnerships supporting local families and nonprofits. Her work has earned recognition including Top 50 Empowered Leaders in Frederick County, Outstanding Entrepreneur, and SASS Magazine’s Top Impactful Women award.
Natasha is running for Frederick County Council District 3 to uplift voices, empower families, and ensure Frederick grows in a way that prioritizes education, sustainability, public safety, and opportunity for all residents.
