Members are eligible to vote for Directors and at annual meetings so long as those are persons who:

• are registered on the Maryland Forward Party website as a volunteer

• occupy a domicile in the geographical boundary of the State of Maryland or previously elected as a Director while residing in a neighboring state

• pay dues of not less than $12/year

• have not been designated ineligible by the Board of Directors
