Open Primaries to All Voters with HB 0496
This bill allow unaffiliated voters to vote the ballot of a chosen party without becoming automatically affiliated with that party.
Allow Montgomery County to Try RCV with HB 0580
This bill gives permission for the Montgomery County Council to adopt, by law, a ranked-choice voting method or an approval method of voting for certain local elections.
This bill proposes a Constitutional Amendment that requires special elections to be held to fill a vacancy in the office of Delegate or Senator in the Maryland General Assembly.
